The investor approved by the People's Committee of Dak Nong province is Construction Corporation No. 1 - JSC (CC1), located in Ho Chi Minh City.
The project's objective is to exploit land for leveling construction projects using state budget capital (including Gia Nghia City Central Square and other projects).
The planned land area is nearly 4.7 hectares. The designed exploitation capacity is 400,000 m3 /year. The total investment capital of the project is nearly 5.7 billion VND and all of it is contributed by the investor.
Investors enjoy current preferential policies and must fully and correctly implement the conditions according to the registered schedule, regulations on environment, land, construction and other relevant regulations.
After the project is approved in principle, the investor must complete procedures on land, construction, environment and other related procedures. The investor coordinates with related units to be guided on exploitation in accordance with regulations and implement the project to ensure the committed progress.
Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and localities to guide CC1 to carry out procedures according to regulations, and at the same time supervise investors during the implementation process.
According to the leader of the Dak Nong Department of Agriculture and Environment, the investor is currently very active in coordinating the relevant procedures. If all goes well, the procedures can be completed in March 2025 and CC1 can exploit land at Dak Nut B mine from April 2025.
Dak Nut B landfill has an area of nearly 5.6 hectares, with a reserve of about 600,000m3 . This is a landfill approved by Dak Nong province as an area where mineral exploitation rights are not auctioned. The goal is to shorten the licensing process and procedures to obtain landfill for Gia Nghia City Central Square and a number of other public investment projects.
