The 3rd Congress of the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 4, term 2025

On March 19 and 20, the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 4 held its 3rd Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Attending and directing were leaders, superior commanders, twinned units, and 120 delegates who were party members summoned from the entire Party Committee.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Fisheries Surveillance Team No. 4 has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the resolutions, directives and orders of the superiors. Fisheries surveillance officers and staff have a strong political stance, are ready to receive and successfully complete the tasks of protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands and searching and rescuing at sea, serving as a fulcrum for fishermen to go offshore and develop the economy.

Delegates voted to elect the Party Executive Committee for the new term.

The Party Committee of Fisheries Control Squadron No. 4 regularly leads and directs the strengthening of patrols, control of fishing grounds and propaganda, and maintenance of the enforcement of the State's laws at sea... In the past 5 years, the entire squadron has had nearly 1,400 ships performing tasks at sea to ensure safety. The squadron's ships participated in rescuing and supporting 141 fishing boats and nearly 900 fishermen in distress at sea; excellently completing the task of propagating seas and islands, propagating laws; examining, providing medicine, and providing free food to fishermen. The squadron's participation in competitions, sports, and exercises at all levels always achieved high results, and was awarded many certificates of merit by superiors; was awarded the emulation flag twice by the Prime Minister, and 1 certificate of merit twice; and was awarded certificates of merit by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province... In the past 5 years, 453 collectives and 1,216 individuals were awarded at all levels. The Party Committee always achieves purity and strength, the team is comprehensively strong, "exemplary and typical".

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Squadron No. 4 continues to thoroughly grasp resolutions, directives and instructions from all levels; lead and direct the comprehensive, synchronous and focused implementation of all aspects of work and breakthroughs; build a truly politically strong squadron; build a team of pioneering and exemplary cadres and party members who successfully complete the task of protecting fishing grounds. The squadron actively supports and helps fishermen exploit seafood at sea and develop the economy; strengthens inspection and control of fishing vessel activities; participates in protecting national sovereignty at sea, contributing to the successful implementation of the Strategy for sustainable development of Vietnam's marine economy to 2030, with a vision to 2045.

The Congress elected the Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 15 members and a delegation to attend the congress of higher-level delegates. At the first meeting, the Party Executive Committee elected the Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Deputy Party Secretary; elected the Inspection Committee and the Chairman of the Inspection Committee with a high number of votes of confidence. Mr. Nguyen Van Hien was re-elected as Secretary of the Party Committee of Fisheries Control Team No. 4 for the 2025-2030 term.
