According to the draft, the political report of the 4th Congress of Ethnic Minorities in Hanoi will consist of 3 parts. Part I: Ethnic situation and ethnic minority areas; Part II: Achievements and results of ethnic work and ethnic policies in the period 2019 - 2024; Part III: Goals, tasks and solutions for ethnic work and ethnic policies in the period 2024 - 2029.
