Storm No. 3 that occurred in September 2024 was assessed to be the strongest in the past 30 years in the East Sea and the past 70 years on the mainland of our country, causing extremely heavy damage to people and property in many provinces and cities across the country, including Bac Kan province. Up to now, the damage recovery in the province is still being carried out to stabilize people's lives and production.
