On March 24, speaking with CAND Newspaper reporters, Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Chien, Captain of Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department of Hanoi City Police) said that the unit's working group, while on duty, supported and helped guide a woman in labor to the hospital safely.

Specifically, at 7:30 a.m. the same day, the working group of Traffic Police Team No. 6, including Captain Nguyen Tuan Phong; Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Tien Dat and Captain Trinh Van Duong, were on patrol duty on the elevated Ring Road 3 when a driver driving a car with license plate number 30L-383.XX asked for help and support.
According to this driver, the car was transporting a pregnant woman who suddenly went into labor to the hospital but encountered heavy traffic and road congestion, making it difficult to move.

The working group quickly reported the incident to the commander of Traffic Police Team No. 6, who then used a patrol car to signal priority, clearing the way for the car carrying the pregnant woman to travel 11km to the hospital safely. During the entire journey on the route, other traffic police teams on duty coordinated to clear the way for the vehicle.
Touched by the enthusiastic help of the traffic police officers, Mr. Nguyen QT (husband of pregnant woman Nguyen Thi TT, residing in Quoc Oai, Hanoi) sent his sincere thanks to the traffic police team in particular and Traffic Police Team No. 6 in general for helping his wife "give birth" successfully.
