Celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union

On the afternoon of March 25, the Provincial Youth Union held a ceremony to celebrate the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025). Attending the ceremony were Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department Vo Thanh An; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien.

The year 2025 marks the 94th anniversary of the glorious history of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. This is an opportunity for each member of the Youth Union to review the history and heroic traditions of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; affirm the position, role, pride and honor of being a member of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union. At the same time, it demonstrates the responsibility and role of the youth in inheriting and promoting traditions, being proactive and creative in contributing to the implementation of the Resolution of the 15th Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Quang Ngai province, the Resolution of the 12th National Youth Union Congress, term 2022 - 2027.

Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Vo Thanh An and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Phien presented certificates of merit to exemplary union cadres.

In Quang Ngai, responding to the movements and campaigns launched by the Youth Union, generations of Quang Ngai youth have not been afraid of difficulties and hardships, being active, dynamic, and creative in studying, working, and producing; volunteering to protect and build their homeland and country. In 2025, with the theme of the year "Quang Ngai Youth is proud to firmly believe in the Party", Quang Ngai youth are striving to compete to achieve achievements to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Speaking at the ceremony, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Ho Thi Thu Thanh suggested that all levels of the provincial Youth Union should continue to innovate the content and methods of operation to meet the requirements of the Youth Union's tasks in the new situation; focus on educating revolutionary ideals, ethics, and cultural lifestyles for youth and children... She also suggested that all levels of the provincial Youth Union launch a contest to learn about the 80th anniversary of the Vietnam People's Public Security Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection. The contest is organized online and in writing, taking place from March to June 2025.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Ho Thi Thu Thanh presented awards to the winners of the "Quang Ngai Youth Moments" Contest in 2025.

At the ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union awarded Certificates of Merit to 20 outstanding Youth Union officials. At the same time, the “Quang Ngai Youth Moments” Contest was awarded, with the first prize going to the Quang Ngai City Youth Union. The Organizing Committee also awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 3 third prizes and 5 consolation prizes to individuals.

On this occasion, delegates and Youth Union members together lit candles, cut cakes, and celebrated the 94th birthday of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
