Decision No. 779/QD-TTCP dated December 29, 2023 of the Government Inspector General clearly states: Inspecting the responsibility for performing public duties of cadres, civil servants and public employees in handling administrative procedures and providing public services to people and businesses at the Ministry of Education and Training, the Ministry of Health and the People's Committee of Da Nang City.
The inspection period is from June 15, 2021 to November 30, 2023. If necessary, the contents before or after the inspection period can be inspected. The inspection period is 45 actual working days at the unit from the date of announcement of the Inspection Decision, excluding holidays as prescribed by law.
The inspection team consists of 15 members led by Mr. Diem Dang Viet, Deputy Director, Department III, Government Inspectorate; Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dat, Deputy Chief Inspector, Ministry of Home Affairs, Deputy Head of the team.
Speaking at the announcement of the inspection decision, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Nguyen Van Cuong requested that the Inspection Team must carry out three key tasks: one is to recommend to the Government and the Prime Minister to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of public duties in specific areas; two is to recommend solutions to eliminate the situation of avoiding, pushing away work, and fear of responsibility of a large number of cadres, civil servants, and public employees; three is to recommend that in case of detecting violations of the Government Inspectorate, competent authorities strictly discipline individuals and organizations that allow violations to occur.
It is said that this is a nationwide inspection, the Government Inspectorate has directly inspected 9 ministries, branches, provinces and cities, the inspection content covers most areas of social life, accordingly, Deputy Inspector General of the Government Nguyen Van Cuong requested that the inspected units strictly perform the responsibilities and obligations prescribed in the 2022 Inspection Law and related legal documents; provide timely documents so as not to affect the inspection progress; prioritize the arrangement of focal officers to grasp the work to work with the Inspection Team.
For the Inspection Team, during the inspection process, it is necessary to strictly follow the approved plan, the members of the Inspection Team must strictly comply with the assignment, when evaluating the contents, it must be accurate, objective, and fully based on the provisions of law; The Head of the Inspection Team must direct and thoroughly instruct the members of the team to strictly comply with direct inspection activities, minimizing the impact on the regular work of the inspected subjects; strictly implement Decision 465 on the implementation of the regulations on the operation of the Inspection Team issued by the Government Inspector General; The Director of Department III, Government Inspectorate, and the Supervision Team, according to the assigned functions and tasks, carry out the work effectively, promptly recommend to competent authorities to handle issues arising during the inspection process (if any).
