Reporting at the conference, Ms. Pham Thi Thu Hien, Vice Principal of the Inspectorate Cadre School, said that in 2024, the collective of civil servants and employees of the Inspectorate Cadre School always united, unanimous, and made efforts to overcome difficulties and strive to complete the tasks assigned by the Government Inspectorate. The school achieved commendable results in many aspects of work. The collective of the school closely followed the work plan of the Government Inspectorate and successfully completed the assigned tasks.
Thanks to the close attention and direction of the Government Inspectorate's leaders, the direction and management of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and the coordination of mass organizations, many individuals have overcome difficulties and successfully completed their tasks.
In 2024, the School organized 76 courses with 9,141 students, accordingly, the School of Inspectorate Officers exceeded the plan assigned by the Government Inspector General for the year.
In addition, the implementation of the Grassroots Democracy Charter, in conjunction with the implementation of programs, action plans and administrative procedure reforms, the fight against corruption and waste, and the promotion of democracy among officials and employees, has had a positive effect in building a great bloc of unity from within the Party Committee to the masses, and building consensus in each unit. Units are united, stable, and complete political tasks well; Party members, officials and employees are assured in their work, wholeheartedly devoted to their work, and join hands to build the Party Committee and the school to develop more and more.
However, in addition to the achieved results, the School of Inspectorate Cadres also frankly pointed out some shortcomings, such as: Coordination between units is sometimes not really effective; the school's facilities are degraded, significantly affecting the working environment of cadres, lecturers, civil servants, workers and the learning and living of students.
Continue to strengthen political and ideological education to create consensus and unity in perception and action, in order to successfully complete assigned tasks. Focus on organizing and implementing the training and development plan for 2025 approved by the Government Inspector General. Continue to maintain the management, maintenance, renovation, repair, and step-by-step upgrade of the school's facilities, techniques, and equipment. Continue to consolidate and perfect the arrangement of civil servants and employees to ensure compliance with the Job Position Project. Correctly implement the authority, procedures, and regulations on planning, promotion, appointment, transfer, and rotation of civil servants according to the decentralization of civil servant management.
At the same time, fully and promptly implement policies and regimes for civil servants and employees; promptly encourage and reward civil servants and employees with outstanding achievements in performing their duties; and strictly handle civil servants who violate the law...
