Previously, on December 28, 2023, the Government Inspector General signed and issued Inspection Conclusion No. 3136/KL-TTCP on land management and use in accordance with Resolutions 73/NQ-CP and 116/NQ-CP of the Government; planning and implementation of construction planning of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province (2011-2022 period). On February 8, 2024, the Government Office issued Document No. 958/VPCP-VI notifying the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai on the Inspection Conclusion in Hung Yen province.
In accordance with the provisions of the law on inspection, the Government Inspectorate organizes the public announcement of the Inspection Conclusion according to regulations. At the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion, Mr. Ngo Van Cuong, Deputy Director of Department I, Head of the Inspection Team, announced the full text of the Inspection Conclusion 3136/KL-TTCP.
Speaking at the announcement of the Inspection Conclusion, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province Tran Quoc Van affirmed to strictly comply with the contents pointed out in the Inspection Conclusion of the Government Inspectorate and the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai. In the process of implementing the Inspection Conclusion, the People's Committee of Hung Yen province hopes to continue to receive the support and assistance of the Government Inspectorate so that Hung Yen can continue to grow and develop. Regarding difficulties and problems related to expertise, the Government Inspectorate is requested to guide and assist the leaders of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province to direct relevant departments, branches, individuals and collectives to seriously and thoroughly implement the limitations pointed out in the Inspection Conclusion.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy affirmed that through the inspection, the leaders of Hung Yen province have seen a number of limitations and shortcomings in planning, planning implementation and land use management in the province. Accordingly, it is recommended that the leaders of Hung Yen province need to have direction to rectify and overcome the limitations and shortcomings pointed out in the Conclusion; the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches and related individuals and organizations urgently and seriously implement the contents and recommendations in the Inspection Conclusion. If there are any difficulties or problems in the process of implementing the Inspection Conclusion, the Provincial People's Committee will assign a focal point to coordinate with the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling, and provide guidance to jointly resolve them.
Deputy Inspector General of the Government Duong Quoc Huy assigned the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling to monitor, urge and inspect the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion according to regulations, and advise on reporting the results of the implementation of the Inspection Conclusion to the Prime Minister.
