On the morning of February 7, the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision to establish the Party Committees of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee. Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet, Secretary of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the conference.
At the Conference, Mr. Phan Van Binh, Head of the Organizing Committee of Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, announced the decision to end the activities of Party delegations and Party executive committees at the provincial level from February 6, 2025.
Announced the decision to end the activities of 11 Party delegations including: Provincial People's Council Party delegation; Provincial People's Committee Party Executive Committee; Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee Party delegation; Provincial Labor Federation Party delegation; Provincial Veterans Association Party delegation; Provincial Women's Union Party delegation; Provincial Farmers' Association Party delegation; Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations Party delegation; Provincial Literature and Arts Association Party delegation; Provincial People's Court Party Executive Committee; Provincial People's Procuracy Party Executive Committee.
The decision to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc includes: Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies Bloc; Provincial Party Committee Organization Board; Provincial Party Committee Office; Party Committee of agencies; Party Committee of provincial Party agencies; Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and related agencies according to their functions and tasks to coordinate in transferring and receiving party organizations, party members, arranging and assigning ministries, civil servants, public employees, and workers. The decisions take effect from February 6, 2025.
At the Conference, Mr. Phan Van Binh announced the decisions of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee on the establishment of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, operating from February 6, 2025.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint the Party Executive Committee of the provincial Party agencies consisting of 25 cadres; appoint the Standing Committee of the Party Committee consisting of 9 cadres and appoint Mr. Nguyen Duc Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Party Committee Secretary; Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Nguyen Thi Ha, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies Bloc to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies for the 2020 - 2025 term.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Luong Nguyen Minh Triet said that the Standing Committee of the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, based on the proposals and requests of the Steering Committee, held a meeting and agreed on the projects and plans. The Provincial Party Committee, according to its authority, gave opinions on the projects and plans according to the working regulations. Regarding the personnel plan, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has decided, but will announce it at the right time, and at the same time announce the decision to establish new or merge, dissolve department-level units, after the National Assembly meets, after the Provincial People's Council meets to give opinions according to its authority.
