Specifically, on the morning of June 28, at the Tong Van Tran High School exam site (Y Yen district, Nam Dinh province), during the exam procedures, the invigilators discovered that a candidate was absent for unknown reasons. At this time, it was 7:08, the exam time was calculated to be 7:35.
The absent candidate with unknown reason is HTT (address in Hoang Ne village, Yen Hong commune, Y Yen district).
Upon receiving the information, the police force on duty to ensure security and order at the examination site immediately discussed with Yen Hong Commune Police. Immediately afterwards, Captain Vu Van Tien, Head of Yen Hong Commune Police, drove a specialized vehicle from the commune police headquarters to pick up candidate HTT's house and took him to the examination site at 7:27.
