(Dan Tri) - A newborn baby girl was abandoned in My Loc commune, Nam Dinh city, Nam Dinh province, with a message "...I hope you will take care of her, don't let her go anywhere and don't let her go to anyone".
On the afternoon of March 10, a leader of the People's Committee of My Loc Commune, Nam Dinh City, Nam Dinh Province, said that people had just discovered an abandoned newborn baby girl in the commune. The People's Committee of the commune is coordinating with relevant agencies to search for the baby girl's relatives.

Previously, at around 9pm on March 9, people discovered an abandoned newborn baby in a residential area in Nguyen Hue village, My Loc commune, along with some belongings and a hastily written handwritten letter. Upon inspection, the abandoned baby was a girl, weighing about 3kg.
The letter, believed to be left by the child's mother, reads: "I am the child's mother. I gave birth to the child because I could not raise him due to circumstances. He was born on March 3, 2025. I am sending you to help me raise him. I hope you will raise him, do not let him go anywhere or give him to anyone."

The leader of My Loc Commune People's Committee said that the Commune People's Committee has issued a notice to find relatives for the child. Within 7 days, if no relatives come to claim the child, the local government will carry out the procedures according to regulations.
