Dien Bien TV - On the morning of March 10, under the chairmanship of Mr. Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Organizing Committee of the 2025 Hoa Ban Festival and the 8th Dien Bien Province Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival, the Organizing Committee of the Festival and the Festival held a meeting to assess the implementation of the preparation work and agree on the implementation contents in the coming time. Up to this point, the propaganda and promotion of the Festival and the Festival Day have been promoted with rich and diverse propaganda content, creating a strong attraction for the people and tourists from all over. Along with that, the stage serving the Opening Ceremony at the Provincial Stadium has basically completed construction and installation; from March 10, professional and non-professional forces will be mobilized to organize practice. At the same time, cultural and tourism activities; exchanges, sports competitions; street cultural parades, the Hoa Ban Beauty Contest... are being actively and urgently implemented by relevant agencies, units and localities.
At the conference, delegates discussed and gave their opinions on: reception, accommodation arrangements for delegates and international guests attending the Festival and the Festival Day; information and propaganda work for the Festival and the Festival Day; specific time for live broadcasting of the final night of the Hoa Ban Beauty Contest; preparation work, ensuring security and order, environmental sanitation... during the days of the street cultural parade; welcoming guests to experience culture, cuisine, and see the Bauhinia flowers; preparation for the Huyen Tich U Va live show; plans to ensure electricity supply, ensure funding...
Concluding the meeting, Mr. Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested units and localities to closely follow the Festival and Festival Day plans and coordinate with press agencies to introduce and promote the culture and tourism of the province. Along with that, Dien Bien Phu city, Dien Bien district, Muong Ang coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize the construction of check-in points, display activities, introduce cultural and tourism products... to enhance the experience for visitors. At the same time, review and compare the expected names, verify information and data sources in accordance with regulations to organize the naming ceremony for a number of locations in Dien Bien Phu city.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested agencies, units and localities to coordinate well in ensuring security, order and traffic safety; ensuring food safety and hygiene, environmental sanitation. At the same time, promote information and propaganda of activities within the framework of the Festival and the Festival Day to the general public and tourists.../.
