Preparing to organize the Southern Amateur Music Exchange in Can Duoc

At Van Phuoc communal house, My Le commune, on February 4, 2025, Mr. Nguyen Trieu Minh - Director of the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts and members of the Center had a working session with the leaders of Can Duoc district on organizing the 29th Long An Province Southern Amateur Music Exchange in 2025 on the occasion of the death anniversary of artist - musician Nguyen Quang Dai. Vice Chairman of Can Duoc District People's Committee - Nguyen Minh Vuong, leaders of the district's departments, branches, and sectors, leaders of My Le commune, and the Van Phuoc communal house Association Board received the delegation.

At the meeting, the Provincial Center for Culture and Arts approved the plan and agreed on a number of contents for the 29th Long An Province Southern Amateur Music Exchange in 2025, including the purpose, requirements, time, location, content, and form of organization of activities. Accordingly, the 29th Long An Province Southern Amateur Music Exchange will take place on February 13 and 14, 2025, on the 16th and 17th of the first lunar month. The new point this year is that the Southern Amateur Music Exchange program will be held in the afternoon instead of being held every night like every year. After the program, people will also enjoy a night of art performances by the Long An Cai Luong Art Troupe on the evening of February 15, 2025, on the 18th of the first lunar month. At the same time, the Provincial Cultural and Arts Center and the leaders of Can Duoc district agreed on the space to welcome guests, arrange souvenir booths, OCOP products, logistics, and reception. With many years of experience in coordinating the organization of the Long An Province Southern Amateur Music Exchange, the Van Phuoc Communal House Association shared experiences from previous years to coordinate the thoughtful and successful organization of this year's program.

It is expected that the 29th Long An Province Southern Amateur Music Exchange Program in 2025 will have the participation of 07 Amateur Music Bands including Long An, Ca Mau, Binh Duong, District 8 Cultural Center - Ho Chi Minh City, Bac Lieu, Ben Tre, An Giang.
