Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company (HAC) has just announced that it has received the resignation letter of the chairman and members of the board of directors .
In the letter, Mr. Vu Duong Hien - Chairman of the Board of Directors of HAC - said that "due to personal reasons", he could no longer hold this position at Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company. The letter of resignation was dated September 20.
The remaining three members of the board of directors also submitted their resignations on the same day, including Mr. Vu Xuan Thuy - Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors , Mr. Doan Duc Luyen and Ms. Vu Thi Thanh Nga, two members of the board of directors .
In addition to the members of the board of directors , Hai Phong Securities Joint Stock Company also received two resignation letters from members of the board of supervisors, Ms. Doan Thi Thuy and Ms. Khoa Thi Thanh Huyen.
Nearly a month ago, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nguyen - a member of the board of directors of Hai Phong Securities - submitted her resignation due to personal reasons. At the same time, Ms. Nguyen Thi My Trang - head of the board of supervisors - also resigned.
According to information sent to the Securities Commission, Hai Phong Securities held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on September 21.
The minutes of the meeting stated that all members of the board of directors who submitted their resignations had been dismissed.
At the same time, the congress also elected 5 additional members to the board of directors, including Mr. Ninh Le Son Hai, Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, Mr. Chu Viet Ha, Ms. Ly Thi Thu Ha, and Mr. Le Ngoc Hai.
The list of elected members of the Board of Supervisors includes Mr. Pham Minh Hieu, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, and Mr. Le Tuan.
According to information previously provided by candidates, the new leadership team of Hai Phong Securities all have addresses in Hanoi, except for Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai, whose hometown is Ho Chi Minh City.
