Innovation to attract workers
Mr. Mai Quang Chinh, Director of Suleco Company in Hue, said that in 2025, the unit strives to send about 150 workers to work in Japan. To achieve that target, the Company strengthens connections, information, and propaganda through the Job Exchange of the City's Employment Service Center and directly to localities such as A Luoi, Nam Dong, Phong Dien, Huong Tra... to search for and meet workers; at the same time, it opens language training courses, basic skills, health training... for workers. "We are committed to focusing on selecting and enthusiastically guiding workers about suitable jobs with the motto "right person, right job". At the same time, we will provide specific information on the best policies and benefits for workers applying to work abroad," said Mr. Chinh.
To meet the needs of workers working abroad, the government and relevant agencies encourage service enterprises to continue to seek and expand overseas labor markets in countries with stable political, economic and social situations and good treatment for workers. At the same time, encourage the application of programs to send workers to work short-term, low-cost jobs. Thereby, creating conditions for people in difficult circumstances to participate in the overseas labor market, contributing to ensuring social security and reducing poverty. In order to help workers cover and pay necessary expenses when working abroad, the government and relevant agencies increase the creation of conditions for access to preferential credit policies and employment support through borrowing from the National Employment Fund and from credit institutions serving socio-economic development. In recent times, the relevant authorities have also made positive interventions and impacts to promptly remove obstacles and improve the effectiveness of entrusted lending to social organizations and socio-political organizations through the Social Policy Bank and the effectiveness of other capital lending programs.
To attract labor resources to meet orders, many service enterprises in the area continue to promote the implementation of policies to support workers to work abroad, create resources, develop the overseas labor market... Create conditions for workers, including mountainous workers, to access overseas work programs under contracts from programs signed by the Vietnamese Government with foreign governments, such as the EPS Program, EPA..., to limit risks and reduce costs for workers. In addition, strengthen connections with projects and non-profit support programs for workers in difficult circumstances to work abroad, contributing to job creation, stable income, and at the same time effectively implementing sustainable poverty reduction.
