– On the afternoon of January 18, Cao Loc District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement regulations and decisions of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on assigning cadres to monitor and support communes, wards, towns, villages, residential groups and households. Comrade Nong Luong Chan, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired the conference.

Also attending the conference were leaders of provincial departments, branches and sectors assigned to monitor and support communes and towns in Cao Loc district.

At the conference, delegates were informed of Regulation No. 1434-QD/TU dated October 28, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on responsibilities, powers, working relationships, information and reporting regimes of Party Committee members, leaders and managers at all levels in charge of, monitoring and supporting communes, wards, towns, villages, residential groups and households; Decision No. 1444-QD/TU dated November 9, 2023 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on assigning members of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches and equivalents to be in charge of, monitoring and supporting communes, wards and towns; Decision of the District Party Committee Standing Committee on assigning members of the District Party Committee Executive Committee, leaders of district departments, branches and equivalents to be in charge of, monitoring and supporting villages, quarters and residential blocks; One-year summary report of the District Party Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 77, dated May 25, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on assigning Party Committee members, leaders, and managers at all levels to be in charge of, monitor, and support communes, wards, towns, villages, neighborhoods, and households.

Immediately after listening to the dissemination and implementation, the delegates exchanged and discussed the contents of documents, regulations and decisions; clarified the responsibilities and authorities in performing assigned tasks regarding monitoring and supporting villages, areas and blocks.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nong Luong Chan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, requested that each Party Committee, Party organization, agency, unit and individual Party Committee members, leaders and managers at all levels continue to pay attention, create conditions, coordinate to monitor and support in all aspects for the communes and towns assigned to them in accordance with the guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee.

He requested: Cao Loc District Party Committee needs to closely follow the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to promptly issue specific guidance documents for individuals assigned to monitor; grasp the local socio-economic situation, develop plans and work programs to advise on resolving problems and difficulties. At the same time, well implement the coordination regulations and information reporting and coordination regimes; periodically organize summaries, assessments, draw lessons and consider this as an annual emulation criterion...
