Speaking to VietNamNet reporter, Mr. Dao Viet Nghiem, Chairman of Ban Cong Commune People's Committee, said that today (January 11), frost appeared on the top of Ta Xua mountain. This is the first time this interesting weather phenomenon has appeared on the top of the mountain.

According to Mr. Nghiem, in the past few years, Ta Xua mountain peak has attracted nearly 10,000 tourists each year to climb the mountain and sightsee, especially young people.

Mr. Phang A Tinh, a local who often guides tourists to climb Ta Xua mountain, said that this afternoon he climbed to the top of Ta Xua mountain and still saw white frost covering many trees there.

Mr. Tinh added that at 6pm, the temperature on the mountain top was -1 degree Celsius, and it is expected that tomorrow the temperature will continue to drop, and there are currently about 100 people climbing Ta Xua mountain.
