To completely resolve traffic congestion and invest in completing the planned route, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Transport to preside over and coordinate with the City Police and relevant units to study and immediately implement a plan to organize traffic, regulate and separate traffic flows to ensure traffic order and safety, and avoid traffic congestion in the above-mentioned area. |

Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment is assigned to urgently review and update the investment project of National Highway 1A, the section from Duong New Bridge to the end of Gia Lam district mentioned above, into the city's medium-term public investment plan for 2021-2025, and report to the City People's Committee. |
