Plan No. 236-KH/HU of Gia Lam District Party Committee aims to implement Plan No. 284-KH/TU dated November 29, 2024 of Hanoi Party Committee on " deploying a political activity to study, thoroughly grasp and propagate the guiding ideology and major orientations of the Party and General Secretary To Lam on the new era - the era of national rise " in the entire Gia Lam District Party Committee.

According to the Plan, the content of this political activity focuses on the following issues: Awareness of the new era - the era of national rise; Basis for determining the goal of bringing the country into a new era, the era of national rise. The time for organizing research and propaganda activities on the new era - the era of striving according to the direction and orientation of the Party and General Secretary To Lam in Gia Lam district was thoroughly implemented, scientifically, effectively, regularly and continuously.
