Mr. Hai, a construction worker at Tan Ky Tan Quy bridge, said that everyone is urgently completing items such as painting railings, median strips, and handling uneven spots caused by welding... "Everyone is happy to work because in just a few days this bridge will be completed and ready for people to travel," said Mr. Hai.
Previously, the Ba Hom Bridge project was also targeted to open to traffic in 2024, however, due to the relocation of the power grid and telecommunication cables, the project was delayed. In the photo, the power grid before and after the relocation was completed.
In addition to the two bridges above, from now until Lunar New Year 2025, Ho Chi Minh City will complete and open to traffic 8 other key projects.
Of which, on January 17, the project to upgrade and renovate Hang Bang canal (section in District 5) was completed.
On January 20, the completed projects included: upgrading and expanding Hoang Hoa Tham Street; Tran Quoc Hoan - Cong Hoa connecting road (phase 1 traffic opening from Phan Thuc Duyen tunnel (the beginning of the route) to Hoang Hoa Tham Street) and completing all 3 connection points from the route to T3 station.
