The Prime Minister highly appreciated the creativity and initiative of units and localities in implementing the program. At the same time, he also criticized some ministries and localities for being slow in implementing their assigned duties and tasks, and seriously learned from their experiences.

The Prime Minister emphasized five lessons that must be focused on for successful implementation. These are mobilizing the participation of the entire political system; promoting the strength of national solidarity; closely following the actual situation, promptly resolving difficulties regarding land and resources.

At the same time, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness of coordination between localities and units. Party committees, party organizations and local authorities must promote self-reliance and self-reliance to mobilize resources. We must be determined to strive to achieve the goal: Complete the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses nationwide by 2025, 5 years earlier than the original target.

Ministries, sectors and localities continue to thoroughly implement the motto "The Party leads, the State manages, the Fatherland Front and organizations support, the people are the masters", diversifying forms of support to join hands in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses, in the spirit of "whoever has something helps, whoever has merit helps merit, whoever has property helps property, whoever has little helps little, whoever has much helps much" so that no one is left behind in the era of national development.
