This is the logo design of artist To Minh Trang (Hanoi). The approved logo will be officially used in activities commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.

The logo for the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory was designed from the stylized number 70 with the reversed language from two strokes expressing the idea of the arduous process of overcoming all difficulties and the determination of our army and people that created the Dien Bien Phu victory "famous in five continents, shaking the world". The number 70 is colored in many directions to create a magical, shimmering visual feeling, expressing the joyful spirit of the whole nation celebrating the victory. The highlight of the logo is the image of the victory of the Dien Bien soldiers. The entire text content is in blue, representing peace and the idea of praising the victory of the heroic Vietnam People's Army and typical of the mountains and forests of the Northwest. Artist To Minh Trang is also the author of the stamp set commemorating the 60th anniversary of the historic Dien Bien Phu Victory, issued in 2014.
