(Dan Tri) - The Phu Hoa Lake tourism - cultural - sports urban area in Quy Nhon city with an area of nearly 300 hectares is one of 29 land plots put up for bidding by Binh Dinh province to select investors.
The Binh Dinh Investment Promotion Center said that the Provincial People's Council has approved a list of 29 land plots for bidding, selecting investors to implement projects using land. These projects include the construction of urban areas, social housing and international hospitals.
There are 6 land plots planned for social housing construction. In Quy Nhon city, social housing projects include Nhon Phu 1 in Nhon Phu ward, Long Van 1 in Tran Quang Dieu ward, Bong Hong in Ghenh Rang ward and a project in area 6 in Bui Thi Xuan ward.
Hoai Nhon town has Hoai Chau social housing project in Hoai Chau commune and a project in Nhon Hoa Industrial Park area, Nhon Hoa ward, An Nhon town.
In the period of 2025-2026, Binh Dinh province plans to organize bidding for 12 land plots to develop urban areas.
In Quy Nhon city, the projects include Tuong Van 1 and Tuong Van 2 Urban Areas in Nhon Phu ward; Urban Area 3 in the urban area east of Thi Nai lagoon, in Nhon Hoi commune and Phu Hoa Lake Urban - Tourism - Culture - Sports Area in Nhon Phu, Quang Trung and Dong Da wards.
Hoai Nhon town will have urban areas of Binh Phu, Hoai Thanh Tay ward; Truong An, Hoai Thanh ward and new urban area of Tam Quan Bac ward.
Phu Cat district will develop Cat Hai urban area, Cat Hai commune and Cat Khanh urban area at Cat Khanh seafood processing industrial cluster.
Phu My district has Sub-zone No. 10 and My Thanh Urban Area, in My Thanh commune, along with Phu My Urban and Sea Tourism Area.
In addition, a plot of land will be bid for the development of My Thanh Residential and Beach Resort in My Thanh Commune, Phu My District.
In addition to urban projects, there are 10 land lots auctioned for other projects such as Long Van International Hospital in Long Van New Urban Area, Quy Nhon City; Long My Domestic Solid Waste Treatment Plant, using waste-to-energy technology in Phuoc My Commune, Quy Nhon City; Van Canh Binh Dinh Wind Power Plant in Van Canh District and the Northern Agricultural Market of Binh Dinh Province in Hoai Nhon Town.
