"Blockbuster" Harry Kane has officially made his debut at Allianz, but unfortunately he could not help Bayern Munich avoid a heavy defeat against Leipzig in the 2023 German Super Cup match.

Bayern Munich did not get the 2023-24 season off to a good start when they lost 0-3 to RB Leipzig in the 2023 German Super Cup.
Dani Olmo had a great day and scored a hat-trick against Sven Ulreich to bring victory to Leipzig.
The Spanish star broke the balance in the 3rd minute with an accurate shot after a chaotic situation in front of Bayern Munich's goal.
In the 44th minute, Olmo continued to shine with a classy move that eliminated center-back Matthijs de Ligt before defeating goalkeeper Sven Ulreich to double the gap.
Not stopping there, in the 68th minute, Leipzig was awarded a penalty after Noussair Mazraoui fouled Olmo in the penalty area.
At the 11m mark, Olmo confidently executed the penalty successfully to complete his hat-trick, thereby bringing a resounding 3-0 victory to Leipzig.
Notably, the situation leading to Bayern's third goal happened just 5 minutes after expensive new signing Harry Kane was put on the field.
This result caused Bayern Munich to miss the opportunity to win the 4th consecutive Super Cup and the 11th in history right at home at Allianz Stadium.
As for Harry Kane, he had a great chance to win the title after coming very close to it when he was registered in the German Super Cup. However, he will have to put his dream on hold at the end of the season.
