Attending DIFF 2024 for the first time, Ms. Nancy Rozzi, Captain of the fireworks team from the US, shared that although they are new faces at DIFF, the team is not too worried. The whole team arrived in Da Nang early, admired the performances of the two host teams Da Nang - Vietnam and France on the opening night, from which the team designed their performance with the desire to bring the best experiences to the people and tourists. The performance of the fireworks team from the US will have the theme of solidarity among humanity. "We are not too concerned about the results of the competition, but only want to bring a performance full of emotions to the audience. We want the audience to feel the emotions that the team has designed to combine music and fireworks this coming Saturday night," Ms. Nancy shared. The highlight of the fireworks team from the US is the music, the team wants the audience to enjoy the fireworks not only to feel the light shapes but also the harmony with the music. The team designed the performance through music, the audience can see a very American style with the name "Humanity - the bridge between nations". Colors and sounds will blend and merge, showing the harmonious coexistence of different cultures and contexts. "We will use many special effects in this second performance night. The effects will be concentrated in the mid-range and on the water surface. The audience should pay attention to fully enjoy the team's performance", Ms. Nancy expressed. Meanwhile, the Martarello Group SRL fireworks team from Italy is very familiar with performances in Da Nang. They have won the championship twice at DIFF 2017, 2018, and were runner-up in 2023, so they know how to bring new and special things to the audience. Mr. Damiano Baraido, Captain of Martarello Group, shared that returning to Da Nang and DIFF 2024, the team members are determined to once again conquer the hearts of all audiences with captivating stories and fireworks. This year, inspired by nature and the colors of life, Martarello team brought a creative performance called "The Radiant Universe: Symphony of Light". Mr. Damiano Baraido said that when returning to Da Nang, what the whole team felt was the heat of the weather. However, the team still felt the warm welcome of the people of Da Nang. "Last year the weather was quite erratic, sunny in the morning, rainy in the afternoon. This year the weather seems to be better, learning from last year's experience, we considered a safety plan for the fireworks during the installation process. Returning to Da Nang with new energy, we hope to convey the colors, music and vitality of nature to the audience and hope to continue to be the team to perform in the final night," said Mr. Damiano Baraido. |

Both teams have more than 100 years of experience making fireworks.
