Preservation and development of specialty longan and lychee varieties

Implementing the Project "Conservation and development of longan and lychee growing areas of Hung Yen province in the period of 2020-2025, with a vision to 2030", the Department of Agriculture and Environment has supported people to plant new Hung Yen egg lychee with a total area of ​​nearly 44 hectares; grafted and improved longan and lychee over 33 hectares; maintained activities to preserve the original state of delicious longan and lychee varieties; preserved and transferred longan and lychee genetic resources of the province at the Provincial Agricultural Seed Center; built 2 intensive longan and lychee farming models with an area of ​​3 hectares.
