As of the morning of September 12, 2024, Bao Viet Insurance has received 692 loss cases with total estimated compensation of VND 950 billion, focusing on types of personal insurance and property insurance such as car insurance, private home insurance, construction works, factories, warehouses, machinery and equipment, wharves and goods.

Hundreds of specialists were on duty in affected areas such as Quang Ninh, Hai Phong and the Northern Delta provinces to quickly inspect, assess the damage and conduct appraisals to ensure the rights of customers in the shortest time.
With estimated losses of up to hundreds of billions of VND and hundreds of customers reporting damages, Bao Viet Insurance is committed to quickly implementing a program of advance compensation for serious losses, while ensuring compliance with the regulations of Official Dispatch No. 92/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister dated September 10, 2024 directing the implementation of insurance compensation quickly, fully, promptly, focusing on overcoming the consequences of storm No. 3 and floods after the storm.
