Established in 2007, the annual charity golf tournament for Vietnamese children - Swing for the Kids organized by Dau Tu Newspaper, is not only a meeting place for businessmen who love sports, but has long become a familiar gathering place for generous hearts, kind hearts, providing resources for tens of thousands of students in difficult circumstances, especially children of ethnic minorities, remote areas, mountainous areas and islands, and all over the country through scholarships for Vietnamese children and programs to support upgrading and renovating school facilities.
Over 15 seasons, Swing for the Kids has raised more than 20 billion VND to hand out more than 20,000 scholarships to poor students who have overcome difficulties and excelled in their studies, and to support the repair and upgrading of learning facilities in 40 provinces and cities across the country.
