Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Dang Quang commended and acknowledged the results of the mass mobilization committees at all levels and the mass mobilization work of the political system, contributing significantly to promoting socio-economic development and ensuring national defense and security of the province.
In the coming time, the province will implement many large programs, plans and projects requiring the mass mobilization committees at all levels and the entire political system in the province to further strengthen propaganda work, mobilize people to agree and actively participate. Including good implementation of policies and guidelines on site clearance to implement programs and projects.
In the process of implementation, it is necessary to innovate the content and methods of operation, be close to the people, respect the people, improve the quality and effectiveness of supervision and social criticism, actively participate in Party building, build a strong government, and at the same time promote mass mobilization work of state agencies and authorities at all levels.
Along with that, proactively advise local Party committees and authorities to direct the promotion of patriotic emulation movements, promote the strength of the great national unity bloc, contribute to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality...

The report of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission stated that in 2023, the mass mobilization system at all levels in the province proactively advised and proposed to the Party Committee to lead, direct, disseminate, propagate, deploy, guide, inspect, supervise, summarize and conclude the implementation of the Party and State's guidelines and policies on mass mobilization work.
Notably, the results of mass mobilization work in the first half of the term to implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels were evaluated and key tasks and solutions for mass mobilization work in the remaining period of the 2020-2025 term were proposed; 11 contents of implementing resolutions of the Party and the Provincial Party Committee related to mass mobilization work were summarized and successfully completed according to the work program set out in 2023 were successfully completed.
Along with that, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee advises the Party Committee to issue resolutions, decisions, directives and conclusions on strengthening the Party's leadership and the responsibility of organizations in the political system; of cadres, party members and people on mass mobilization work in the new situation as well as strengthening ethnic and religious work, implementing the Law on Democracy at the Grassroots Level and promoting mass mobilization work in site clearance to implement programs and projects.
The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission organized many activities to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; successfully completed the task of conducting defense and civil defense drills at district and provincial levels in 2023; proactively coordinated to grasp the situation and mood of the people to advise and propose to the Party Committee and the government to promptly resolve issues arising in society, promote democracy, and strengthen the great national unity bloc...
The conference spent most of its time discussing, pointing out the causes of the achieved results as well as the existing problems and limitations, sharing experiences in mass mobilization work and proposing 11 key task groups for 2024.
On this occasion, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission presented certificates of merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in mass mobilization work.
