On December 13, the 2024 Capital Elderly Health Training Festival took place in Hanoi, with the participation of nearly 3,000 elderly people from all districts of Hanoi.
The program is organized by the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with the Hanoi Outdoor Health Association for the Elderly, with the support of Vinamilk and the Sure Prevent Gold milk brand. This is a playground to help the elderly improve their health and encourage the movement of physical exercise and sports in the community.
At this festival, the people of the capital had the opportunity to witness the mass performances of nearly 3,000 members of the Hanoi Outdoor Health Association for the Elderly (Hanoi Outdoor Health Association). The flexible and vigorous movements combined with the cheerful demeanor of the elderly brought about impressive mass performances.

Through physical exercises and health care, the elderly will have the opportunity to practice to make their bodies more flexible, their minds clearer and more excited to enjoy the joys of life more fully.

Many athletes have the qualifications to compete and achieve high results in domestic and international competitions: 2 Asian Silver Medals in Tai Chi and many medals in domestic competitions.
