How to make BBQ ribs
Ingredient
Young pork ribs: 1kg, pre-mixed BBQ sauce packet: 150g, shallots: 1 bulb, garlic: 3 cloves, tomato sauce, chili sauce, mustard, spices: seasoning powder, cooking oil, sugar.
Making
Prepare pork ribs
Soak pork ribs in diluted salt water for 15 minutes to clean dirt and remove odors. Remove ribs and wash. Cut ribs into bite-sized pieces 2-3cm long. Use a knife to score each piece of ribs so that the seasoning can soak in.

Peel the onion and garlic, crush and chop finely.

Marinate the ribs
Marinate ribs with minced shallots, garlic + 1 tablespoon cooking oil + ½ teaspoon seasoning powder + 1 teaspoon sugar. Stir well then add BBQ sauce packet + 1 tablespoon chili sauce + 1 tablespoon tomato sauce. Marinate ribs for 30 minutes to absorb the spices.
BBQ ribs
Place each piece of ribs on the grill. Grill for 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius until the ribs are cooked.
Note: If you don't have a microwave, you can grill the ribs on a charcoal grill or in the microwave.
With charcoal stove, turn ribs regularly on both sides. Note, brush cooking oil on ribs to keep meat tender and not dry.
In the microwave, bake the ribs at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes. Then, remove the ribs and turn them over. Bake for another 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Ingredient
Pork ribs: 300gr, honey: 300gr, shallots, garlic: 4 bulbs each, oysters: 3 tablespoons, seasoning powder: 1 tablespoon, soy sauce, chili sauce: 2 tablespoons each.
How to make honey grilled ribs
After washing the pork ribs, use a knife to cut along the ribs into separate pieces.
Note: If you buy pork chops, you can cut the ribs in half so that the seasoning will soak in better.

Ingredient
Pork ribs: 500gr, coca: 390ml, shallots, minced garlic: 2 tablespoons each, honey, black sesame: 1 tablespoon each, oyster sauce: 2 tablespoons, cooking oil: 1 tablespoon, soy sauce: 1 tablespoon, seasoning powder: 1 tablespoon.
Making
Soak pork ribs in salt water to clean and remove odor. Wash ribs and cut into 3 knuckle pieces.
Note: You can quickly remove the ribs' odor by boiling them in hot water for 3 minutes or soaking them in a mixture of white wine and a few slices of ginger for 15 minutes.
Place the prepared ribs in a large bowl. Pour enough Coca-Cola into the bowl to cover the ribs. Marinate the ribs for 20 minutes, then remove to a plate to drain.

How to make grilled ribs with broken rice
Ingredient
Pork ribs: 2kg, broken rice: Just enough to eat, chili: 7, green onions: 4, shallots: 2, garlic: 7, cucumber, sliced tomatoes: 100gr, pickles: a little, soy sauce: 7 spoons, fish sauce, five-spice powder: 1 spoon each, lemon juice: ½ spoon, vinegar, honey, cooking oil: 2 spoons each, common spices: seasoning powder, sugar, salt.
Steps to do
Clean and deodorize the ribs similar to the steps above. Chop the ribs into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from the chili, peel the shallots and garlic. Remove the damaged parts from the lemongrass, and cut off the roots from the green onions. Wash everything with water and drain.
Put into the blender 4 cloves of garlic + 5 chili peppers + 6 tablespoons of soy sauce + 6 tablespoons of fresh milk + 1 tablespoon of five-spice powder + ½ teaspoon of MSG. Blend the mixture until it becomes a homogeneous mass.

Cut the roots of the green onions, wash them, and chop them finely. Wait for the cooking oil to boil, then pour the hot oil over the bowl of chopped onions to make scallion oil.

Serve the rice on a plate, arrange with grilled ribs, pickles, cucumbers, and sliced tomatoes. Next, drizzle scallion oil on top and enjoy while the dish is still hot.

Steps to do
Rub the pork ribs with salt for 2 minutes, then rinse. Cut the ribs into bite-sized pieces 2 to 3 cm long.
