(NLDO) - Implementing the policy of streamlining the apparatus, 8 department heads and 3 district police chiefs of Hoa Binh Provincial Police Department have applied for early retirement.
On the afternoon of February 19, Hoa Binh Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Provincial Police Director on retirement and pension benefits for 26 police officers who are department-level leaders and equivalent.

It is known that among the 26 officers who applied for early retirement from March 1, 2025, there are 8 officers who are Department Heads, 3 District Police Chiefs, 11 Deputy Department Heads, 3 Deputy District Police Chiefs, and 1 Head of the Provincial Police Women's Committee who retired early and enjoyed early retirement benefits.
According to the Hoa Binh Provincial Police, the officers who requested to retire were all people who grew up from the grassroots, were leaders and commanders who had worked in many different fields. Among them, many officers had worked and contributed to the police force for less than 30 years to over 40 years. During their working process, the officers who requested to retire early were all evaluated by the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Department Board of Directors as having completed their tasks excellently, and many officers were commended by all levels.
Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Do Thanh Binh, Director of Hoa Binh Provincial Police, expressed his feelings, gratitude and congratulated the officers for successfully completing their assigned tasks. At the same time, he acknowledged the important work results and contributions of the officers that have contributed to the overall achievements of the provincial police over the past time.
