At the conference, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee Phan Van Phung announced the Decision of the Central Party Secretariat on appointing Colonel Vu Van Dau, Director of Quang Tri Provincial Police, to join the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; Decision of the Standing Committee of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to appoint him to join the Party Executive Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Provincial Police Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Provincial Party Committee Secretary Nguyen Long Hai congratulated and expressed his confidence that Colonel Vu Van Dau, together with the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, will contribute to leading, operating and building the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee to become increasingly stronger.
