A woman in a panic opened the car door and ran towards the working group. She said her name was NTH (born in 1978, residing in Hong Son hamlet, Nghia Phuc commune, Tan Ky district, Nghe An). While she and her husband were driving to Vinh city, the husband sitting next to her suddenly had a stroke, his mouth was crooked, and he could no longer speak. The husband's condition would be life-threatening if he did not get to the hospital in time for emergency treatment while there were many vehicles on the road.
The working group consulted with the team leader and took the husband who had suffered a stroke to a special vehicle to Nghe An General Hospital for emergency treatment. The journey on the road encountered many difficulties due to the distance of nearly 25 km and during rush hour, the traffic density was very high, many roads were congested. Thanks to being taken to the hospital for emergency treatment in time, Mr. NCH (Mrs. H.'s husband) has overcome the danger, his health has gradually stabilized, and he is currently continuing treatment at the hospital.
Grateful for the timely help of the traffic police, Ms. H's family would like to thank Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police.
