Hua Thu Hoai, an 8th grader at Phuc Ninh Primary and Secondary School, is in a difficult situation. Her family consists of 6 people: grandparents, parents, and Hua Van Toan, a 4th grader. Her grandparents are old and weak and cannot work. Her father suffered from kidney failure 2 years ago and is currently taking medicine every day. The family lives on farming, but the lake has flooded everything, so the family uses nets to catch fish to improve their lives.

My mother works for hire, doing whatever she can to earn money to raise her children. During my studies, I always tried my best and achieved excellent results. In the 2024-2025 school year, through the school-level exam, I qualified to take the district-level excellent student exam. Currently, I am overcoming all difficulties to review and prepare to participate in this excellent student exam.

Teachers crossed muddy roads and steep passes to visit and encourage families of students affected by storm No. 3.

Hua Thu Hoai's house was buried by a landslide. Her family is currently living in the village hall. However, despite the difficult conditions, Hoai still studies hard and teaches her younger siblings after school.

Nong Thi Huyen Trang, a 7th grader at Phuc Ninh Primary and Secondary School, stays at home with her mother and her 4-year-old sibling. Due to difficult family circumstances, her father had to work as a hired hand in Hanoi. When storm No. 3 passed, the storm's circulation caused more than 90% of the family's wooden house to collapse.

Even though she has to live in a makeshift shack, Hua Huyen Trang is still given a separate study corner by her family. Every day after school, Trang diligently studies, regardless of the difficulties.

Teacher Hoang Thi Nhu Oanh was moved: "Despite such difficulties, the students still strive to complete their studies, not letting down their parents and teachers. This is also a great motivation for teachers to try harder for the students."
