For the past two days, on Facebook, images of two cars with the same blue license plate 38A-1169 parked close to each other on the sidewalk in Ha Tinh City have been circulating. One is a 5-seat Ford Laser and the other is a 12-seat Toyota Hiace.

The location of the two cars parked close together was determined to be on Vo Liem Son Street (Ha Tinh City), right in front of the headquarters of the Department of Construction of Ha Tinh province.
According to Thanh Nien reporters' investigation, the license plate was once under the management of Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union, attached to a 5-seat Ford Laser car. However, in 2022, this car was re-equivalent to an individual in Ha Tinh City.
A representative of Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union said that they had called the owner of the Ford Laser, who informed that since purchasing it, he had not completed the procedures to change to a white license plate.
Immediately after receiving the information, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province also investigated and confirmed that having two cars with the same license plate was against the regulations. Of the two cars, one definitely had a fake license plate.
Initially, the Traffic Police Department of Ha Tinh Province Police determined that the blue license plate 38A-1169 was issued to the Ha Tinh Vocational Training and Employment Services Center.
