Standing Deputy Secretary of Quang Tho Commune Party Committee Nguyen Vo Thinh directly informed and discussed some important contents at the meeting of Kim Quang village Party cell.

Quang Tho commune has now built more than 160 economic models with income of over 100 million VND.
According to Mr. Huong, when the people have fully understood the Party's policies and guidelines and the State's policies and laws, it is easy to mobilize people to participate in movements and activities of the village, commune and district, especially in economic development and new rural construction.
“The proof of that is that from a border commune with many difficulties, with uneven educational levels among villages and limited awareness among people, Quang Tho commune has now built more than 160 economic models with an income of over 100 million VND, with an average income per capita currently reaching nearly 46 million VND/year. In particular, the locality has reached the advanced NTM target, moving towards building a model NTM by 2023. That result has a significant role of the team of reporters and propagandists in promptly and effectively implementing the policies and guidelines of the Party and State” - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee Nguyen Vo Thinh emphasized.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Vu Quang Town, Pham Thi Thanh, flexibly conveyed the contents of building civilized urban areas, Party building work... in the area to cadres and party members of residential group 4.
In Vu Quang town, oral propaganda work is also carried out flexibly and creatively by the locality. Every month, Pham Thi Thanh, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Vu Quang Town Party Committee, is a district-level reporter who will go directly to the residential groups to conduct Party cell meetings. Here, Ms. Thanh and the propagandists flexibly integrate the tasks of socio-economic development, building civilized urban areas, and Party building work that the locality has outlined at the beginning of the year into the meeting content.
Ms. Thanh said: “Only by directly communicating, analyzing, explaining and relating to reality can people and party members understand and trust to follow. Typically, in building civilized urban areas, if we want people to agree, we must first speak so that everyone understands the program. When we are propagandized, raise awareness and understanding, people will agree and contribute to the general movement with specific, practical and effective actions.”
Mr. Nguyen Van Anh's family in residential group 4 (Vu Quang town) donated more than 100 square meters of land to widen the road.
The road passing through Mr. Nguyen Van Anh’s house in residential group 4 (Vu Quang town) was previously narrow, only 4m wide and had deteriorated. As soon as the local government informed him, Mr. Anh took the initiative to donate more than 100m2 of residential land to widen the road. Notably, the road was widened through the fence and the family’s livestock area, but Mr. Anh did not hesitate to demolish and dismantle his house to “make way” to cross.
It is known that from the beginning of 2022 until now, starting to build a civilized urban area, the people of Vu Quang town have donated over 1,500 m2 of land to join hands with the government to expand roads, plant green fences, creating a more spacious and clean urban landscape.

Realizing the importance of oral propaganda, especially in the current period, Party committees at all levels, agencies and units in Vu Quang have actively researched, innovated content and diversified methods of oral propaganda.
According to Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Vu Quang Nguyen Quang Dien, to improve the effectiveness of propaganda, the locality has regularly and seriously maintained the organization of monthly periodic reporters' conferences; the grassroots level often combines oral propaganda work with conferences, briefings, meetings of the Party Committee, and activities of associations and organizations. Every month, depending on the information needs and propaganda tasks, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinates with the district's departments and branches to provide specialized content to the district's reporters' conference.

The District Party Committee has also issued a Project to improve the quality of oral propaganda for the period 2021 - 2025 and the following years, thereby helping oral propaganda work in the area continue to go into depth" - Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department Vu Quang Nguyen Quang Dien emphasized.
Oral propaganda work in recent times has contributed to creating unity within the entire Party Committee and consensus among all classes of people in the district. Through the implementation of tasks, especially oral propaganda, the team of reporters and propagandists has promptly grasped public opinion, thoughts and feelings of the people to advise the Party Committee, the government and organizations to solve the problems. The team of reporters and propagandists has become the main force in oral propaganda work, acting as an active and effective "bridge" between the Party Committee, the government and the people in socio-economic development, national security and defense.
