On April 12, the Party Committee of the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development, Ha Giang branch, held the 5th Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

In the 2020 - 2025 term, under the leadership of the BIDV Party Committee, with the responsibility of the Party organization in the enterprise, the BIDV Ha Giang branch Party Committee has successfully completed the annual political tasks, performed well the Party building work, led the construction and maintenance of a united working environment with strong collectives, ensuring the income and life of workers. During the term, 15 new Party members were admitted, reaching 187%. Regarding the business performance indicators: The difference between revenue and expenditure increased by an average of 20%/year; Capital mobilization increased by an average of 8.4%/year, Outstanding credit increased by 9.8%/year .

Term 2025 - 2030, with the motto of action "Solidarity - Responsibility - Efficiency - Accelerating transformation"   BIDV Ha Giang branch Party Committee is determined to build a clean and strong Party Committee, maintaining its role as a large commercial bank in the area; Strive for 100% of affiliated Party cells to be classified as Good at completing tasks or better; at least 90% of Party members to be classified as Good at completing tasks or better; Regarding business performance, strive for pre-tax profit to grow by an average of 8%/year; reaching 217 billion VND at the end of the term. Capital mobilization grows by an average of 9%/year; reaching about 7,500 billion VND at the end of the term; Outstanding credit growth by an average of 10%/year. Bad debt ratio is below 1.5%.

The delegates elected the new Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term and elected a delegation to attend the higher-level Congress.
