The Aikya Cross Country Marathon Tra Vinh 2025 is a mass sports tournament founded by Aikya Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, the largest scale ever held in Tra Vinh province. The tournament attracted more than 4,300 athletes from all over the country. This is not only a simple sports event, but also an opportunity to introduce and promote the homeland and people of Tra Vinh "Gentle, affectionate and hospitable" to tourists inside and outside the province.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien affirmed that coming to the Aikya Cross Country Marathon Tra Vinh 2025, athletes will be immersed in the exciting atmosphere of a large-scale sporting event, promoting the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho". The activity aims at the noble goal of "Being healthy to build and protect the Fatherland".

Comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien delivered the opening speech of the Tournament.

With the theme “Energy of Harmony”, the Marathon is a journey to improve health, physical fitness and connect with nature and people. The competition will be held in 04 distances: 05km, 10km, 21km and 42km, of which the 42km distance will start at 04:00 am, April 13. Then at 05:00 the 21km distance will start; 05:30 the 10km distance will start and at 05:45 the final content of the 05km distance will start.

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quynh Thien added that athletes participating in the Tournament have the opportunity to experience the fresh air and mark their efforts and struggles when conquering the cool green roads, crossing the fields, country roads, and green tree-lined roads in the inner city of Tra Vinh - the city known as "City of trees".

Thereby, to arouse the spirit of physical education, sports, solidarity and attachment; at the same time, contribute to bringing the image of beautiful Tra Vinh, with many potentials, friendly and hospitable to domestic and foreign friends.

Mr. Nguyen Van Tam, General Director of TV.Pharm Tra Vinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company symbolically presented 200 million VND and 50 million health insurance cards to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tra Vinh province and the Labor Federation of Tra Vinh province.

On the occasion of the opening ceremony of the tournament, the sponsor Aikya Group donated 200 million VND to the Tra Vinh Provincial Social Security Fund and 50 million VND in health insurance cards to the Tra Vinh Provincial Labor Federation.
