Spread love with drops of blood

For more than 2 years, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien and his wife, Ms. Ho Thi Hong Gam, in Phuc Yen city, have donated blood and received more than 100 certificates of whole blood and platelet donation from the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion.

With the thought of “giving is forever”, for nearly 10 years, Ms. Ho Thi Hong Gam, in Phuc Yen city and her husband, Mr. Nguyen Van Hien, have donated blood dozens of times and are active members of the Vinh Phuc Blood Donation Club. They regularly promote and mobilize colleagues, relatives and friends to donate blood, contributing to saving the lives of many patients.

Each person only needs to donate a part of their blood to help save, revive, and regain the lives of many people. In addition, thanks to the safe and quality blood source, it also helps the health sector to deploy and apply many new modern techniques such as organ transplantation and stem cell transplantation. This further affirms the noble humanitarian meaning of the voluntary blood donation movement, contributing to the tradition of "mutual love" and "helping each other" of the Vietnamese people.
