On the afternoon of August 15, Military Hospital 175 (Ministry of National Defense) organized the 2024 Competition for Excellent Grassroots Union Chairmen, Young Propagandists, and Lullabies - Folk Songs.
The contest aims to contribute to building the image of the officers and staff
of Military Hospital 175 as "Historical, humane, talented, professional". The contest also creates a playground for officers, union members, and members of mass organizations of Military Hospital 175 to exchange experiences, learn to improve knowledge, methods, and skills in mass work and participate in movement activities, deploy practical models of activities.

The competition has 6 teams of doctors, nurses and staff from the following units: Institute of Orthopedics and Traumatology, Institute of Oncology and Nuclear Medicine, Surgery, Paraclinical, Internal Medicine and Agency. The teams compete in the following competitions: Self-introduction, young propagandist, talent and group folk dance.

The teams selected content and forms suitable to the conditions and capabilities of the agencies and units, and participated in the exciting competition. Each team presented diverse, colorful and meaningful performances in the following genres: skits, singing and dancing, dancing, singing and playing instruments, etc. In particular, the talent and group dance competitions brought a vibrant atmosphere to the audience, demonstrating the special talents and artistic abilities of the hospital's medical staff.
