Hoi An organizes the 2024 competition for excellent reporters and propagandists

The contest was attended by 66 reporters and propagandists from 22 grassroots party committees. Contestants went through 3 sections: knowledge; reporter and propagandist; talent.

The knowledge contest with content related to the works of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong such as: "Promoting the tradition of great national unity, building our country to be increasingly rich, civilized and happy", "Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy, imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo", "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State to be increasingly clean and strong", "Some theoretical and practical issues on socialism and the path to socialism in Vietnam"... along with some important resolutions and conclusions of the Party in recent times.

In the reporter and propagandist competition, each unit drew a number of works by the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to present for 15-20 minutes; with practical connections at the agency, unit, and locality.

In the talent competition, each unit chooses 1 solo, duet, group song, dance, etc. performance with the theme praising the Party, Uncle Ho, homeland, and country.

Mr. Ta Ngoc Quy - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Hoi An City Party Committee said that the Party Committees under the City Party Committee have focused on studying and researching the works of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and reflecting their practical values through concise and creative presentations, clarifying the important and core contents of each work.

The contest also contributes to enhancing the role of oral propaganda work; creating conditions for reporters and propagandists to exchange, learn, and improve their capacity and skills...
