VinFast Auto has just announced the signing of an exclusive cooperation agreement with Al Tayer Motors dealer on distributing electric vehicles in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The first stores of this dealer will open in 2024 and sell the VinFast VF 6, VF 7, VF 8, and VF 9 electric car models when these models are launched on the market.
Under the agreement, Al Tayer Motors will become the exclusive dealer of VinFast in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Established in 1982 , Al Tayer Motors is currently the official dealer of many major American and European car brands in the UAE.

Since Q4/2023, VinFast has changed its strategy from a direct-to-consumer sales model to a hybrid model by leveraging its existing distribution infrastructure through the establishment of a global dealer network. Sales through dealers are expected to contribute significantly to VinFast's sales in the second half of 2024.
Besides key markets such as the US, Canada and Europe, VinFast is strongly expanding to countries in the Asian region such as India, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, as well as the Middle East and Africa.
