Viettel cooperates to build a comprehensive electronic insurance ecosystem

Viettel Group said that at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2025, Viettel Digital Services Corporation (Viettel Digital) - a member of the Military Industry-Telecoms Group (Viettel) - signed a cooperation agreement with InsureMO (Singapore) - the world's leading insurance intermediary platform for digital insurance products. This cooperation marks an important step forward in the strategy of digitizing the finance-insurance sector in Vietnam.

The product developed by Viettel Digital and InsureMO is expected to launch in March 2025, aiming to provide customized insurance solutions according to the actual needs of each customer. With the advantages of Viettel's digital infrastructure and data analysis system, combined with the advanced insurance technology platform from InsureMO, the two parties will build a comprehensive electronic insurance ecosystem, deployed on platforms owned and managed by Viettel.

Big Data analysis technology and artificial intelligence (AI) will be applied to create hyper-personalized insurance packages in the fields of health, travel , motorbikes, and housing. The system can recommend products in real time, based on the needs, spending habits, and lifestyle of each customer. In particular, customers can flexibly adjust the coverage, optimizing costs by paying only for the benefits that are truly necessary, instead of buying a fixed package as in the traditional way.

In addition to making it easier for users to access insurance , the platform also supports insurance companies and agents to expand distribution channels and optimize business operations on digital platforms. In particular, the system ensures fast deployment speed, maximum data security, and provides a safe and transparent experience.
