Why Ronaldo hasn't married Georgina yet

Ronaldo is happy with Georgina.

The couple have two daughters together, Alana Martina and Bella, in addition to Ronaldo's three children from a previous relationship. Despite their happy and fulfilling family life, Ronaldo has yet to officially propose to Georgina.

A few years ago, Ronaldo affirmed that "he always intended to get married in the future". However, CR7 said that he is still waiting for the right time. Ronaldo shared: "I always tell her about this. She knows what I am talking about. Everything can happen in a year, or 6 months, or even in a month."

Georgina also revealed that her friends and family often teased her about marrying Ronaldo. She said: "They always joke about the wedding, 'When is the wedding?' They started singing me songs about it. Actually, it wasn't my decision."

Georgina is very popular with Ronaldo's family.

European media speculated that Ronaldo and Georgina may have secretly married. One notable point is that Ronaldo often left hints about his marriage to Georgina in public.

In a post wishing Georgina a happy birthday on social media, CR7 called her "wife" and wrote: "Happy birthday, my love. A mother, a companion, a good friend, my wife. You lit up our lives, your love spread to everyone."

When accepting the award at the 2024 Globe Soccer Awards in Dubai, Ronaldo referred to Georgina as "wife" while thanking her for her support over the years.

In his speech, CR7 shared: "Winning this award is a great joy for me. My eldest son is here, my wife [Georgina] is also here."

Currently, Ronaldo's family lives together in Saudi Arabia, convenient for CR7 to practice and compete at Al Nassr.
