McTominay is in demand

Inter want McTominay's services.

The Scottish midfielder joined Napoli from Manchester United for a fee of around £27.5m, at the invitation of coach Antonio Conte. Since then, he has quickly integrated and shown impressive form with 7 goals and 4 assists in 28 appearances in all competitions.

Coach Conte praised McTominay, saying he made a clear difference in Napoli's playing style, especially when combined with former teammate Romelu Lukaku.

However, keeping McTominay could be in jeopardy. According to Fichajes , Inter Milan are determined to sign the 28-year-old midfielder. Coach Simone Inzaghi is said to “like” his playing style. The source said Inter will “try to promote the deal” in the near future.

However, Inter's chances of success are still open. McTominay is currently under contract with Napoli until the summer of 2028 and is valued at around 40 million euros by Transfermarkt .

Speaking to BBC Sport in December, McTominay affirmed: "Going to Napoli was a pretty easy decision. I saw the enthusiasm from the fans, from the coach and teammates. I never regretted it, didn't look back. I love this place. Everything is great."

Currently, McTominay and Napoli are fiercely competing for the Serie A championship. Coach Antonio Conte and his team are 3 points behind Inter Milan.
