Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the administrative procedure settlement at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
Under the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, the Heads of departments, branches, sectors and the People's Committees of districts and cities proactively overcome difficulties and handle administrative procedures according to internal procedures and approved interconnected procedures. The new agencies and units after the arrangement and merger have legal responsibility in handling administrative procedures, ensuring that no additional procedures, conditions or extension of the time for processing records arise.
Relevant agencies shall make a complete list of administrative procedures under their management and report to the Provincial People's Committee before February 28, 2025. At the same time, adjust the name of the new agency in the administrative procedure settlement system and report the list of officials and civil servants working at the Public Administration Service Center before March 1, 2025 to promptly complete personnel.
The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for ensuring technical and staff support for the operation of the online administrative procedure system. The Provincial People's Committee Office monitors and urges agencies to perform their tasks, and at the same time directs the Public Administration Service Center to arrange counters to ensure the most convenient reception and processing of documents for the people.
District and city People's Committees closely coordinate with departments and branches to effectively implement information adjustment in the process of handling administrative procedures at district and commune levels, ensuring connectivity and consistency.
