On the morning of March 26, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee came to present flowers and congratulate cadres, union members and youth at Thai Binh Provincial Youth Union on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025).

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented flowers and congratulated the collectives of cadres, union members, and youth in the whole province on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delivered a congratulatory speech to the cadres, union members and youth.

He praised and acknowledged the positive results achieved by the Provincial Youth Union and the youth of Thai Binh in the past time. He emphasized: The country is entering a new era - the era of national development; the Party and the State are focusing on reorganizing the political system in the direction of "Straight - compact - strong - effective - efficient - effective" associated with streamlining the payroll, restructuring the team of cadres, civil servants and public employees. In that context, the youth need to be steadfast in their revolutionary goals and ideals, continue to promote the spirit of volunteerism, and take the lead in all assigned tasks.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that all levels of the provincial Youth Union will continue to promote political, ideological and legal education; foster revolutionary ideals, ethics and cultural lifestyles for the young generation. Thereby, gradually raising the awareness and responsibility of young people in the cause of building and defending the Fatherland, meeting the requirements of the integration and development period.

Cadres, union members and young people need to closely follow the political tasks of the locality to effectively implement patriotic emulation movements such as: youth economic development, protecting the legitimate rights and interests of young people, especially disadvantaged young people and young people in difficult circumstances; organizing healthy, useful and safe playgrounds for young people and children to develop comprehensively. Union chapters at all levels need to focus on building increasingly strong Union, Association and Team organizations, attracting a large number of union members and young people to participate; promoting the work of discovering, nurturing and introducing outstanding union members to the Party. At the same time, continue to spread the movement of "Digital literacy" through classes and training in digital skills, contributing to building a civilized and modern society.
