On September 30, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to announce and put into operation the Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 26 Hoang Hoa Tham, Loc Tho Ward, Nha Trang City.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Chief of Office of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, concurrently holds the position of Director of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center.
The center has 3 specialized and professional departments: Guidance, reception and result return department; Inspection and supervision department; Administrative - General department.
The Center is a centralized one-stop department of departments and branches to receive documents, circulate, coordinate processing and return results; guide the implementation of administrative procedures (TTHC); digitize TTHC records; monitor and evaluate the settlement and return of results; collect fees (if any); support the use of online public services; receive, process or report the handling of feedback, recommendations, complaints, denunciations and forward explanations of competent agencies to organizations and individuals...

Immediately after coming into operation, the Center will receive documents and return results of administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of 21 agencies on weekdays and Saturday mornings (if any), except for holidays as prescribed.
Accordingly, the Center receives and returns the results of 1,395 administrative procedures under the authority of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committee and the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, along with 194 administrative procedures actually handled by the Provincial Tax Department and the Provincial Social Insurance.

Mr. Le Huu Hoang, Permanent Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, said that the Center's operation marks a new milestone, contributing to creating a favorable investment and business environment for people and businesses. Through a transparent and effective administration, it will contribute to creating conditions to attract investment, attract resources for development investment, meet the requirements of comprehensive international integration, and create an important premise for Khanh Hoa to continue to develop in the spirit of Resolution No. 09 of the Politburo.
Mr. Le Huu Hoang requested that, immediately after the launching ceremony, the Center needs to quickly stabilize the organization, assign specific tasks to cadres, civil servants and public employees; strictly implement the organization and operation regulations according to the motto "discipline, responsibility, dedication and professionalism".
